II.
A series of various bombs have been coming through Iraq in the past few days. Most recently, a car bomb has killed over sixty people in Iraq, and many more were injured. The bombers were members of the Shi'ite sect of Islam, and the area they bombed had mainly Sunni residents. Later on, a suicide bomber went to a restaurant in Ramadi and detonated himself. At least 13 were killed, and around 20 injured. A witness said that he saw flesh flying and bodies without heads.

III.
A. This aritcle expresses the Ap theme "Impact of Interaction Among and Within Major Societies,". It relates to this theme because of the fact that the bombings had something to do with Sunnis versus Shi'ites.
B. These two sects of Islam have been fighting for a very very long time. Theyve been fighting for centuries and centuries, ever since the prophet Muhammad passed away and the Muslims were in need of a new leader.
C. This article was written by Kim Gamel, a writer for the Associated Press. I believe she is a woman who is also American.
D. Being an American writer, this journalist may have some bias, because of the fact that the United States are currently a war with Iraq. I do not really see any bias in this article, though.
E. I would have liked to hear from the bombers explaining their reasoning for this terrible crime. I have no idea why they would do such a thing.
F. This article is very sad because of all of the lives that were lost. It is terrible that so many peorple had to die because of these bombs, and reasons for killing are because of their religion

I agree with Tara. I think that it is extremely sad that so many people are dieing because of bombings, an violence. So many innocent lives are lost due to problems like these, and it is horrible to read things like this in the news today.

I think that its horrible that all these innosent people are dieing. These two groups, even though they feel different with government still have the same religion Islam. That should join them together so they could stop the fighting and innosent people can live normal lives without fear of being killed by bombs.

This article just goes to show how serious a religious disagreement can be. I think it's really actually very sad that two groups of people would kill each other over religion. Everyone interprets things differently, and unless these people can understand that their interpretation isn't necessarily the right one, it can obviously lead to violence and many deaths.
