Iran threatens to eliminate Israel

Iran threatens to attack Israel if it uses forces against the Islamic Republic. Iran's military chief said on Tuesday to the Iranian President, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's, that he threats to wipe out Israelites. "Should Israel take any action against Iran, we will eliminate Israel from the scene of the universe," said General Muhammad Reza Ashtiani. If this occurs, it will cause many problems not only for these two countries, but for the rest of the world as well.

It relates to this theme because two countries, Iran and Israel, are engaged in war and the leaders of these two countries are having conflicts and are threatening to use violence against one another.

These two countries, Iran and Israel have been fighting for a very long time. They have been fighting over which country has the right to keep the holy land of Jerusalem, which they both believe belongs to them.

The article was written by Herb Keinon, who is an Israelite. Although there is no bias included in the article, there is definitely discrimination of Iranians based on the issue being reported. Israelites are against Iranians, and Iranians are against Israelites. They have been fighting against each other for centuries, and most likely will not stop fighting for a very long time.

I would have liked to hear from a normal civilian from either Israel or Iran. If the voices of these people were included, the issue being reported would be easier to understand, and there would be many more reasons as to why Iran is threatening to harm Israel.

This article is devastating because these two countries have been fighting year after year and still have not come to a solution to their problem. It is very sad because, everyday innocent people are dieing in the war between these two groups of people.
