I agree with Deanna. China has always been a very close second to the United States’ pollution rate, but this year China succeeded the race and is rated the top polluter in the world. I think that preserving our world is more important then newer technologies. This is because if we don't stop polluting, we wouldn't have a place for our new technologies.
