II. This article talks about Presidents Bush's trip to the Middle East. He celebrated the 60th anniversary since the creation of Israel. He will spend another 3 days there. The article goes son to talk about how many people disagree with him, that this is not a time for celebration. But instead they should look at what is happened right now and try to solve it. The President says that that great goal of our people today is to try to free the Middle East, so it is no longer a threat to the United States, or any other country. Lastly the article talks about the Presidents last trip in the Middle East, that will go to Saudi Arabia. The President is going there not only to celebrate the 70th Anniversary of US-Sadi ties, but to ask the government to do something about the high oil prices, which could effect the entire world.
III.
A. The AP Theme this article relates to is impact of interaction among and within major societies because the article is mostly about how the President is helping our ties with other countries run along smoothly by visiting, and it shows how countries can interact in a way like two governments getting together to help bring down the price of oil.
B. This issue has obviously been going on for a long time, us being 5 years into a war thats totally being fought to help clear up a country. We are very much associated with the Middle East now because of our war, but not only that. Major things like oil trades in particular are very important to not only us but the world.
C. The author of this article is not listed, but it is on the BBC website. BBC is based in England so it is assumed he is of British background.
D. I really don't see any way that you could find bias in this article, mainly because the author can't really have a lot against it. The article is about the US government visiting the Middle East. There's not much to point out there. There was one thing though, when the author named one of the sections "Too late?". This show she obviously has some views on the United States in the Middle East.
E. Both sides are really shown god here with quotes from the President, and the Middle East leader as well. There is really no one else you could hear from other then maybe a Saudi Arabian leader about the oil.
F. After reading this article it is clear to me that the United States really wants to make a move to only on the countries economy, but on the war. The President is going over there to see if there is some way to lower the oil prices. This will not only help regular normal people all over the world, but help the United States economy. Also they are taking some acting with talking with leader of other countries so something must be happening that we don't know about.

I think that they are right that this is not a time for celebration. Right now we should be trying to solve the current problems in the middle east.
