II. This article is about how Israel thinks that Iran is trying to gain more power in the world with their nuclear program. They think that Iran's regime would be the "number one threat to man kind in the 21st century." Israel is concerned about this because they don't want another mass genocide, like the Holocaust, and they don't want history to repeat itself. Israel is not tolerating a nuclear Iran, and they say that anything is fair to do in order to deny Iran's nuclear threats.

III. Reactions:
a) This article relates to the AP theme interaction among and within major societies, because of the interaction between Iran and Israel. Israel is doing everything that it can to prevent Iran from gaining nuclear power. This situation can possibly lead to interaction among Iran and many other societies if they do gain nuclear power, and try to take over like Israel is suggesting.
b) Everybody knows about the killings of the Holocaust, and Israel is concerned that if Iran acquires nuclear power, another mass genocide will occur. Iran has been threatening nuclear weapons for a while now and many countries have been trying to prevent their weapons from becoming a reality. They really want to make sure that history does not repeat itself in the form of another Holocaust-type genocide.
c) The writer of this article is an Israeli. It is hard to determine if he is an insider or outsider because he might know about what is happening with the relations between his country and Iran, but he may not be aware of the entire issue.
d) The point of view is significant here because the issue is only reported from the Israeli side. Israel is saying that Iran is going to start a major genocide if the gain nuclear power, meanwhile that may not be their intentions at all. The article is very accusatory against Iran for trying to gain nuclear power and starting a mass killing, and is only being reported from the opinion of Israel.
e) The missing voice in this article is that of Iran because the entire time they are being bashed by Israel without their opinion of the situation ever being said. Iran would probably not have said that they were trying to start a mass killing, and they might not have actually wanted to. Also, they may have a reason for wanting nuclear power, other than to start a genocide, which was not reported or stated.
f) I think that it is important to be aware of what other countries are up to because it possibly could lead to a worldwide problem, but I think that this article was very one-sided against Iran. I am glad that there are people that are concerned with history repeating itself and trying to prevent that, but it didn't seem like they had any proof that Iran was going to attack the world in this article. However, there is probably information that is not stated in this article that I don't know about, so I am not really able to take a side here. Anyway, I think that it would be extremely scary for a genocide like the Holocaust to happen again, and I hope that there are people out there that will be able to prevent this if it is ever an official threat.
