The article I am writing about is about how Mexican immigrants are assimilating worse then other immigrants. Studies have proven that immigrants coming from Mexico arent achieving much and are having trouble finding jobs. Experts say this is because most of them are illegal immigrants and are having trouble finding jobs and maintaining economic independence. It may also be because immigrants from other countries get an education before they come to this country unlike some Mexican immigrants. Also the immigrants who come from Mexico marry other Mexicans 83 percent of the time and live in segregated towns so it is harder to learn when modt of the people are immigrants and dont have an education. Thirty six percent of the immigrants could speak english though.
The AP theme is Cultural, religious, and intellectual developments because the culture of the immigrants is stunting their growth in other countries. Also immigrants normally dont learn english in Mexico so when they immigrate to hear they have to learn it.
Immigrants have been coming to the united States for many years and most of them come here for a newbeginning but they cant have a fresh start when they dont know english and cannot find a job. most immigrants find themselves worse off when they get to the country they immigrate to.

It is primary information from immigrants. For example it shows how many Mexican immigrants speak english and how many marry other mexicans.
I think that an immigrants point of view is missing so they can tell us why they are having trouble or why they are succeeding. They could also tell us why they think other immigrants are suceeding or failing.
I think that it is sad that immigrants are having trouble finding jobs but i think that it is theri responsibility to get educated and learn English. they should be able to make it on their own even if they do enter a new country.
